Standards
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the Site regularly.
Known limitations
Some parts of the shopping experience, such as payment pages, courier tracking pages and third-party apps, are provided by other companies and may not be fully under our control.
