This Privacy Policy explains how Phitkari ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit phitkari.pk (the "Site"), place an order or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

  • Order details, such as products, bundle, payment method and order history.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or social media.
  • Details you share for returns or refunds, such as photos and, for refunds, bank or mobile wallet account details.

  • Device and browser information, IP address and approximate location.
  • Pages you visit, products you view and how you use the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from payment providers (such as payment confirmation) and courier companies (such as delivery status). We do not receive or store your full card details.

  • To process, confirm, deliver and track your orders.
  • To contact you about your order by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • To handle returns, refunds and customer support requests.
  • To record meal contributions linked to bundle orders without sharing your personal details with our meal partner.
  • To prevent fraud and fake orders and to keep the Site secure.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve our products and service.
  • To send offers and updates, only if you have agreed to receive them.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our business:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store.
  • Payment providers, to process online payments securely.
  • Courier companies, to deliver your order (name, phone number and address).
  • Marketing and analytics tools, such as Google and Meta, to measure and improve our ads and Site.
  • Messaging providers, to send order updates by SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

4. Where your information is stored

Our store runs on Shopify, and some of our service providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, understand Site traffic and show relevant ads. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. Marketing messages

If you sign up for offers, we may contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or messaging us. Order-related messages will still be sent.

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
