1. Overview

phitkari.pk (the "Site") is operated by Phitkari ("we", "us"), based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

  • Phitkari crystals are cut from natural mineral, so size, shape, clarity and color may vary slightly from product photos.
  • We try to show product information accurately, but colors may look different depending on your screen.
  • Availability is not guaranteed and products may go out of stock.

4. Product use and disclaimer

  • Phitkari is a cosmetic personal care product for external use only.
  • It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Results vary from person to person. Do a patch test before regular use and stop using the product if irritation or excessive dryness occurs.
  • Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children.
  • If you have a skin condition or allergy, speak to a doctor before use.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices, offers and shipping charges may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Any online payment options we offer are shown at checkout.

6. Bundles and offers

  • Bundle offers (Buy 2, Buy 3 and Buy 4 + Get 1 Free) apply only as described on the Site at the time of purchase.
  • Offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
  • We may change or end any offer at any time and may limit quantities per customer or order.
  • Free items in a bundle have no cash value.

7. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm or dispatch it.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, cannot be confirmed, or have incorrect details. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Bundle and Give

For every bundle of 2 or more crystals, Phitkari provides one meal to someone in need through its meal distribution partner. This contribution is funded by Phitkari. It is not a donation made by the customer and is not tax deductible. We may change our meal partner or program at any time.

10. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or comment, it must be honest and about your own experience, and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. By submitting it, you allow us to display and use it on the Site and our social media. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Phitkari name, logo, product designs, photos, videos and text, belongs to Phitkari or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including placing fake orders, attempting to hack or disrupt the Site, using it for any unlawful purpose, or copying content or data from it with automated tools.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Phitkari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

14. Third-party links and services

The Site may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers and couriers. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Using the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
